Yearly renewal fee is compulsory for updates and troubleshooting of software.
Updates and troubleshooting will be provided by email only.
Updates will be provided subject to no customisation.
The software will stop functioning if renewal is not paid before due date.
Any hardware/computer change will attract re-registration charge.
Late renewal payment fee is Rs. 100/-.
Any after sale service charges may change in future without prior intimation.
SMS facility is provided free for the first year only.
Agent Portal Utility performance depends on internet speed and postal agent portal.
Additional renewal fee will be charged for each extra agency/computer whichever is higher.
Pay as you go offer - Yearly usage/Renewal charges may increase in future without intimation.
Charges are not refundable or transferable in any case.
Any major change on India post portal or Postal rules may attract additional charges for updates.
